Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What We Collect
If you create an account, we collect your name and email address. As you use the platform, we process basic usage information — such as which songs are played — which we need in order to operate the service and to pay artists and rights-holders fairly for plays of their music.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, provide support, and calculate royalties owed to artists. Play statistics shared with artists and rights-holders are aggregated — they show how often their songs were played, never who you are or what you personally listened to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as described here or as required by law.
Payments
If and where the platform offers paid features, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Data and Hosting
The site is built and hosted on the Base44 platform, which processes data on our behalf under its own security practices.
Your Choices
Want to see, correct, or delete your information? Email Hello@seudenyu.com or call 845-232-1065 and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
