Welcome to Seudenyu Music. These terms keep things clear and fair for everyone — listeners, artists, and us. By using this site, you agree to them.
This site is operated by Segal Works Inc, 67 Twin Ave, Spring Valley, NY. Questions? Call 845-232-1065 or email Hello@seudenyu.com.
Seudenyu Music is a platform for listening to Yiddish music — original recordings and covers — with lyrics, built with respect for the artists and rights-holders behind every song. Our custom songbook service at custom.seudenyu.com is a separate service with its own terms.
The recordings, lyrics, and other content on this platform are licensed to Seudenyu by artists and rights-holders, or used with permission. Your access is for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not download, record, copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, or extract any recording or lyrics from the platform, and you may not use the content for any commercial purpose. Respecting these limits is what allows us to pay the artists whose music you're enjoying.
Artists and rights-holders who make their music available on the platform do so under a separate artist agreement. If you believe any content on this platform infringes your rights, contact us at Hello@seudenyu.com and we will address it promptly.
If the platform requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, particularly the content-protection rules above.
The catalog and features may change as the platform grows — songs may be added or removed as licensing arrangements change. We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The platform is provided as-is. Our total liability to you is limited to any amount you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
